Wolverhampton home library service

TLC is a Wolverhampton based organisation, with an excellent reputation for delivering a wide range of projects, to help and inspire others; especially those from disadvantaged communities.

Wolverhampton Library Service, in partnership with Citizens Advice Wolverhampton (CAW) runs a Home Library Service that delivers a range of materials directly to the homes of individuals who are unable to visit a library. The service is free. As well as books, audio books on CD, Music CD’s, DVD’s and Jigsaws the Home Library Service can deliver (digital equipment?)

Users and carers can also access the full range of advice services offered through Citizens Advice Dudley and Wolverhampton.

Wolverhampton Library Service is part of the device lending scheme which lends Chromebooks and tablets to those who may not have devices at home.
