Accessing Health & Wellbeing Digitally
Claimants attending this session will be shown what type of medical and health services can be accessed online, where to go for digital skills training and what other Life Skills can be positively impacted by using technology

This session is particularly suitable for LCW claimants of those already on the Health Journey.  We hope that claimants will learn new avenues to support their own health challenges and be aware of where to go for further support.
Wulfrun Job Centre, Wulfrun Sq, Wolverhampton WV1 3HF Thursday 23rd October 9.10am-11.00am
Phone Claims vs Online Claims
Tuesday 21st October 2025 there are 2 sessions booked one at 12:30 and a second one at 14:30.

Claimants who attend will be given specific information about the benefits of switching from an online claim to a phone claim. Also, how to embark on a digital journey that could make a real difference.  They will be offered a one and one appointment to complete this process.

WC Note – this is a chance to encourage claimants who you believe should be benefitting from an online claim to attend for support in making the switch, even if they are dubious or worried about it.  Making attendance mandatory ensures that they will receive the support they need or be considered for a sanction if not.
Wulfrun JobCentre Wulfrun Square, Wolverhampton WV1 3HF Tuesday 21st October 12.30pm-2.30pm
Digital Inclusion for the 50+
Claimants who attend will be given specific information about how improving digital skills can open up many doors of opportunity, helping to win back some of the things that age and poor health erodes away.  CL’s will also be shown information about working from home and self-employment.

WC Note – do you have claimants who have struggled with the digital journey?  Do you have claimants that have no clear plan on their future or next steps? Have you claimants who like the idea of WFH but do not know how to access it? Making attendance mandatory ensures that they will receive the support they need or be considered for a sanction if not.
